福島のＵＤ委員会で、驚愕する発言が観光協会からあった。壊れた旅館を建て直すのに、せっかくだからユニバーサルデザインで、と少しだけアクセシブルにしようとしたら、復旧なんだから完全に元通りじゃなきゃ補助金出せない！という国のお達しがあったとか・・・・。
神戸のときは、その後にものすごくＵＤが進んだのに、なんという違い。これでは50年後、100年後に禍根を残す復旧復興になってしまう。高齢化の進む東北こそＵＤが必要なのに。福島県民がかわいそうでならない。いったい誰に訴えればいいんだろう？？？？
